Adding YouTube videos to Wordpress

I'm writing for several blogs but I have problems when it comes to adding videos to my posts.
I've tried everything from embedding code in HTML view from adding video from url and adding media from url.
Nothing seams to work and I always get blank space where my video should be.
I've googled a bit and I've found that I need to add [youtube=url of my video] to the URL box but it doesn't work.
So if anyone knows what's the problem and how to fix it please let me know.

Since other users are adding videos I'm sure that there's a plulgin for it.

 

Make sure that you have flash player installed in your computer and then try another plugin for videos

 

I have flash player installed, but is it possible that I don't have privileges to add videos to the posts because I'm not the blog administrator?

 

If you are not administrator then you can not upload videos.
