Adding visa card to paypal of non supportive region

i m 4rm pakistan and paypal is'nt supported in my country
i also heard that u can withdraw from paypal to debit/credit card

can anyone tell me that can i add my visa debit card to my friends paypal account to withdraw funds locally or are there any restriction by paypal.

paypal allow to add debit/credit card of your friends . but you can not withdraw in your card. your friend is able to withdraw amount via cheque or bank transfer . you should ask your friend to send you amount via western union . he can withdraw your money in his bank and send it you via W/U .

 

paypal does allow you to withdraw to a card but only in certain countries. they have a list of all countries and withdraw types on thier site.

 

i know but my card is from non supportive location ''Pakistan'' if i can add it to my freinds paypal account is he able to withdraw in my card

No, you cant if your country doesnt accepted by paypal

 

You can't because your country doesn't accept Paypal.

 

If your country doesn't accept Paypal, don't worry, give another neighbouring country name and try to verify with vcc. This works.
