Adding videos to the website

I'm thinking about adding videos to my site.

I'm having hard time deciding which format to go with? I'd like to have 30-60 seconds videos that load fast.

Since I'm not an expert, any words of advice would be helpful.

Flash video is probably your best bet. Most people have flashplayer installed in their browser.

 

I second flv. But no problem with .mov or other stuff.
