Adding urls to sitemap when site is established

    Hi

    When I first started my site I used a sitemap and put in the urls etc, now tho my site has pr and is established and urls get indexed within 3 days, is there any point in adding the new urls I have added since the original release to the sitemap if they get indexed anyway?

    probably wouldn't hurt, might speed up the process.
