Adding the same info or adsense on several pages

I am very new at this but have a question about adding information or the same adsense ad.

If I have 12 different pages that all will take the 120-600 skyscraper adsense add, can I add it to all the pages at once? Or do I have to go into every page and ad it?

Also, for meta tags, same question.

Any help would be appreciated.

you can use php include to add info to all pages. You will have to edit all pages to make this work. I have just done it to my site. I have header, Menu, adsense and contacts on php include . I only have to edit one sheet and it changes on thirty pages.
