adding the "if" for single blog posts, how?

I'd like to add an adsense ad at the end of each post on my blog entries, but only if a single post is viewed, not when the list of posts in category is viewed or when the front page is opened. How do i do it? anyone has the <if> code for it?

that is the problem, i dont have it, i am using rounded-v2-blue-edition theme for my blog, so there is only main index page where all the post configurations are defined...
