adding svg icon to my webpage is adding more svg code with inline styles, will it affect performance

i have recently added svg icon in myweb page for categories and it adds more code in my webpage i.e if i see my code using view source code i see nearly 30 page scroll full of svg icon code.....will it affect performance...

if so how to use it or converting it into image and use it is better

since i am using more number of svg icons, i may have this more codes in my page
