Adding RSS to new website? How to?

    I searched the site before posting but did not find an answer to the question.

    I just need to know the easiest and cheapest way to add the rss button to my website to allow my visitors to use it.

    Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.

    Is it a pre-coded website or a ready-made package like a CMS/Blog/Forum etc?
