I have a website and I would like to display content from another site using RSS.

Not sure how to do it. What html do I put in there? My template is complete except for the code that will display the rss feed.

    Help!!

    Thanks,

    Jon

Try out carp from http://www.geckotrbie.com if your site is PHP based.

Its free, I use it and it works great.

If you want a script that you can add anywhere on a page, this one is very easy to use: http://www.globalsyndication.com/rss-parser

I am planning to implement the ability to retrieve and store RSS feeds in each category of my link directory software, allowing you to create a searchable site similar to topix.net. If anyone is interested in this and wants to be a guinea pig let me know (small donation helpful but not required).

It's a great app. Here's a link to a FREE Carp RSS NewsFeed Template to get you started. There are instructions that explain how it works as well.

    Good luck.

I use CaRP and it's great and I would recommend it.

Actually it was the first I tried so I can't compare as I was immediately satisfied.

I wonder if someone has tried CaRP and others also and can give an idea of the main differences...
