Adding root to phpmyadmin after being deleted

    my server was hacked and root was deleted from phpmyadmin.. is there a way for me to get it back on?

    I highly suggest that you start with a fresh server/reload, otherwise your going to have backdoors lingering.

    so there is no way to add root without doing that?
