Adding pools to custom FBML pages

    I am trying to add a poll to my Facebook Fan page like the poll on this page. http://www.facebook.com/1800flowers

    I can't figure out for the life of me how to add the poll seamless like 1800Flowers.

    Does anyone know a good tutorial to do this or can give me some step-by-step directions?

    I don't have it figured out at all. I found the Facebook Fan page that is doing what I want to do. I do not know how to add a seamless poll to a custom Facebook fan page.
