I see re-talk.com redirects to re-talk.com/forum. Do you want to create a homepage that people will go to when they visit re-talk.com? If so, I would upload an index page (index.html or index.php) in the root directory. If not I would probably move the forum up a level (transfer files from /re-talk.com/ to /re-talk.com/forum/).

To make a webpage at re-talk.com/advertising, create an "advertising" folder in the re-talk.com folder on your webhost. Then design the adverting page in the editor of your choice and name it index.html and save/upload to the advertising folder. Now, when you link to re=talk.com/advertising, people will see that index page. If you want to link to the advertising page from your forum, you have to edit the phpBB template to add the link to your header (this is the most difficult step).

I haven't ever published with Front Page so I'm not too sure. Can you log into your hosting account through a web upload interface or an ftp client? That may be easier to work with.

Could be you need to publish to a different port. 8080 is a common one. Also if you publish with Front Page and then FTP something it just messes Front Page all up. The bottom line is FP s****. You woul be better off just using HTML or PHP.
