adding <noscript> for needed on webpage?

    Hi,

    I am curious whether or not its important to specify the "<nonscript>NO Javascript Detected</noscript>" on a webpage. For some reason, I see some pages on Google indexed with the <noscript> text and curious if I should just remove it.
