I use prepaid visa gift cards for paypal. i just completed the expanded use enrollment process. Now if i was to remve the credit card, and add a new visa gift card,do i have to complete the expanded use enrollment again?

and if i have a person account that IS verified, can I withdraw an unlimited amount from it or is there a limit? If so,what paypal account has NO withdrawl limit?

Don't ever remove the verified credit card before adding a new one and getting it verified or else your account status will become unverified or worst still limited.

What you can do is to add the second credit card, goes through the entire expanded use enrollment again and once that is accepted, make the new card as your primarily credit card then remove the old one if you really need to.

As for the withdrawal limits, it really depends on which country you are in as the rules varies. When you log in to your account, check the 'limit' link and if you have a limit, it will show in there otherwise, you are only limited by the balance in your paypal account.

I have an account which I am no longer using.
So I went ahead and removed my financial details without deleting the account, in case I need it again in the future.

It's true, the account functionality is now "limited". But the "Verified" status did not suffer changes. Still verified.

Its verified coz we have completed the verification process. But removing a CC is REALLY VERY VERY BAD idea. Dont remove the first one before you add second one!
