Adding music to a website

I see on myspace and other sites it is easy to add music to a person's profile. I have a social networking site and want to add music to people's profiles. How would I go about that? Is there a site that gives popular music files for websites for free?

If you have your files in Mp3 allready try and use software like WebAudioSuite. With this you can add those flash buttons under your images.
