Hey all, Quick question, I want to add addition email accounts to a customer. Currently the allowable accounts are 5 so I have an account that is at 5/5, how do I change it so its allowed one more account 5/6? Thanks
The number allowed is based on the services they are paying for under the billing info screen. So if it's a one-time deal just for them, click on the item for that customer to go to the detail window and change it.
