Huh??? what you talking about??, how can paypal fund your account instead of you yourself doing it?

You look a little confused buddy, this thread is about, getting funds to your paypal without using a CC and not "withdrawing funds" from paypal.

Every service has some charge, these "charges" are essential for maintaining the million's of database they have put together.

Pay due respect to the fact that you are using a service and you need to pay for it.

For cutting your 4% down, you need to downgrade to a "personal account", nothing much can be done about this !!!

If you have online access to your creditcard account the 4-digit PayPal code will be shown under Unbilled Transactions after a few days. Otherwise you have to wait for the card statement at the end of the period. You can also try contacting your creditcard support and ask them for the code.

I'm facing this problem too Rajanurs. I tried linking my citbank credit card as well as the debit card, but nothing seems to work here. I read on another forum yesterday that you can get your account verified by using a one time virtual CC. Not sure how it works but many people seemed to talk about it. Yeah the upgraded account can be a nuisance if you aren't earning too much. Maybe you should ask them to downgrade it. I've lot of people telling me that though they sell their services online, they have always used the personal account and are happy with it. Recently someone send me $2 for a small write up that I did and paypal deducted 55 cents, that really hurt. :( and I'm not being a cheapskate, if it was $100 and they had deducted $2, I wouldn't have cared, but this was crazy.

Please read up on 'Fees' at the bottom link of the paypal.com website. Basically, there is the fixed portion of the fees which is $0.30 and a variable portion. This can't be help because for the most parts, big or small transaction still requires the same amount of work to process. It is just part of doing business.

Do not use Virtual CC as it totally defeats the purpose of verification.

Indian Debit Cards would not work with Paypal but only Indian International Credit Card works. Make sure that your Citibank Credit card is not marked for local usage but for international usage. By the way, what error message did you get when you tried to add your credit card ?

Eddy, I wrote an email to them about it, and as I have mentioned on another thread, my card is been sanctioned for international usage and yet they say that the bank doesn't let them take out the mandatory $1.9from my account that they require. I contacted the bank and they said there isn't any glitch from their end. I have asked paypal to check again and they said they'll get back to me. Its been two days and I'm still waiting.

I receive this at paypal account

"As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account. Our system requires further account verification. Case ID Number: PP-512-857-935 For your protection, we have limited access to your account until additional security measures can be completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To review your account and some or all of the information that PayPal used to make its decision to limit your account access, please visit the Resolution Center. If, after reviewing your account information, you seek further clarification regarding your account access, please contact PayPal by visiting the Help Center and clicking "Contact Us".

They asked for utility bills when I open it.

2nd mail I receive from paypal is,

We understand risk is inherent in doing business. However, as of right now, we're not comfortable with the amount of risk your business is exposed to. With that in mind, we have decided to end our business relationship while minimizing disruption to your business. ----------------------------------- Disbursement Options ----------------------------------- Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money in your PayPal account to refund them. To refund your buyers: 1. Log in to your PayPal account 2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page 3. Click "Contact Customer Service" 4. Under "Choose a Topic," select "Sending/Receiving Money" 5. Under "Choose a Subtopic," select "Refund/Cancel a Payment" 6. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to refund payments Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, we'll email you with information on how to receive your funds.

Now Can i solve this problem by upgrading my acount to premier acount its personal account yet.?or i just have to refund the amount as they have told?

It is already too late for you to upgrade to a premier account. You should not have used a personal account to receive money.

Basically, Paypal said in the 2nd email that they do not want to deal with you ever again, in short, you are banned from Paypal. Now the only options you have now is to refund all the money to your customers now or wait 180 days and receive the check from payment of any remaining funds. Your account would remain limited forever and you will not ever be able to sign up for another paypal account ever again.

No, there is no way to solve this now or ever. There is no fast or slow way of doing it. Basically, Paypal closed the door on your friend and tell him that they do not ever want to deal with him in his lifetime.

Tell your friend to move on and find some other solutions which is not paypal.
