Adding live chat on my website

Hello everyone

I would like to add a live chat service on my website. I need a solution that enables people visiting my website to chat with me in real time.
Specifically I need something that shows visitors if I am online and that warns me when visitors try to chat.

Do you have any idea for freeware scripts?
