Adding lines to images

    I need help in learning how to insert lines (arrows) and more onto existing images. I have Photoshop Elements 6. Can someone show me how to "simply" and "easily" add lines and arrows to images?

    A site that does this very, very well is right here. I don't need to be able to do it at this level (yet), but I have golf websites so this is very similar to what I need to learn.
