adding jpg

    how can i add a jpg file to my php script?

    the jpg file is in the site but most viewers are not able to see it....im not sure why....this is what it looks like to me
    file:///Users/joshtumen/Desktop/images/Untitled-2.jpg

    click on my signature to see the site.

    if nobody knows how to answer my question then what will be the best way to add a title to my site?
