adding itrader but getting error message

Hi,

I recently bought a hosting package from a member here and got a good response from his service, I wish to add an itrader on his account but i am getting error that says "The deal url is invalid", I checked on it many times to see if the url is valid and still I am getting error, please shed light on this?
