adding .htm to Pages and catogries in Wordpress

    Hi i have started on a project in which i am using Wordpress as a CMS.


    I have done all the work but i am having a trouble which is that my posts are

    www.domain.com/post-name.html

    but categories and pages are

    www.domain.com/category/health
    www.domain.com/contactus

    Which looks very odd

    But i want to have a structure like this for catogories

    www.domain.com/health.html
    and for pages

    www.domain.com/contactus.html

    Go to http://www.nyn9.com and find the post called wordpress pretty permalinks. Read that and you'll have your answer. Can't post the exact link as I'm from my phone. Cheers.

    well in this site it is telling about permalinks of posts.

    which i think are much better explained in

    codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

    But what i needed was to add php/htm to categories

    any one knows how to do it :rolleyes:
