Just paste the AdSense code into the sidebar. Done!

If you want to put ads into post or pages, you will need to use the AdSense Deluxe plugin as WordPress posts/pages won't run Javascripts.

If its hosted on wordpress.com, then you can not post ads. Else you can simply edit various aspects of your theme to include adsense ads in places which you feel will work best for you.

I am using adsense-manager plugin on my blog, it a pretty good plugin. you make the ad and then add a snippet in code view to place the ad

the blog is new and I've had some traffic on the ad. I'm not thrilled with the 468x ad but I'll test for a little while more to be sure.

Or just download an AdSense ready WordPress theme for your blog. These already have AdSense link units integrated in the layout and you don't have to install any plugins. Just insert your AdSense client ID.

that's true, however sometimes other plugins are required to function as the creator intended.

I was using 'empowered-blue-with-google-adsense' with another blog but it hadn't been widgetized yet for the latest upgrade. It worked very well.

    Nice site by the way

I will work on Adsense adds asap" by the way have you received pay checks form Google as far as clicks on your Adsense adds are concerned that's the main thing Adsense is offering. oh not only that but if you run Adsense then the Google bot will find you faster" just a tip;)
