adding funds to paypal by debit card in india.

I am from india.

I saw many threads regarding withdrawing money from paypal. Do anyone suggest me few debit cards which paypal accepts to add funds to it? Please tell me the bank names.

I know that banks which have the ability to produce vcc can be used to add funds. kotak mahindra and hdfc are the banks which are providing this service. are there any other banks offering services like hdfc 's netsafe cards?

Please help me.

 

Buddy with them u cannot add funds to your paypal account.
To add funds you need to have real CC.

If you are looking to withdraw then simply you can withdraw to your bank accounts with with little or no fees.

 

Actually, you cannot add funds to your paypal account at all, at least not in India. Once you link a credit card to your account and when you make a payment where you have insufficient funds in your paypal balance, it will draw the remainder from your credit card.

Paypal does not work like Moneybookers and just does a pass-through service so that you do not have to pre-load your account with money unnecessarily.

You can add a mastercard debit card to your paypal account and when you run out of money in your paypal account, paypal will withdraw money from your debit card. I used an online debit/credit card service named payoneer.com to receive a mastercard debit card and with it I was able to verify my paypal account and add funds to it.

u can add funds to ur paypal using vcc thru the buy now button option or paypal checkout option where u can buy ur own listed service & pay with vcc. its possible but risky.

 

Dont try this, can make your account limited as paypal's ToS clearly states sending money to self and they are very strict about it, when you use your own card or even VCC you leave a footprint everywhere either through your name, address or any other details which will raise a flag with paypal.

now paypal asking to link debt or credit card to pay compulsory (bank verification is not considering them ... )

am facing big trouble to pay ...

 

My Question to OP is: > why you want to add funds to your paypal account?
Being in India, you can't use your funds to buy products/services so what's the point to adding funds to it.
the best option to buy online is by creating a V.C.C and then you don't even need a Paypal account.
