Adding funds through VCC

Hello. Yday i linked Paypal premier account with a VCC & instantly i got the verification code. The status message showed IN USE bt the charge amount was 0.00. Further i verified my card with the code, successfully done.

But when i tried to make a payment, it was denied. The amount (1.95$) that paypal charges while linking a CC is nt yet debited from my card. Is that the base reason? or its not possible to make payments through VCC?
Emailed Paypal but not yet got any reply from them. Please help.

Oh. Is there any possible way i can add funds to my paypal account other than through Credit Card?
I have debit cards of almost all renowned Private Indian banks. Is it possible with service providers like Payoneer or Xoom?

    Hey das,
I used my HDFC for verifing paypal, It takes atleast 4 days the Bonus to be added into your account.
And after that, Your VCC gers closed for 89 Rs approximately.
You can't use HDFC VCC for second time, it is only one time we can use it.

    And john,
Adding funds to paypal using HDFC VCC is a bit difficult but still possible, Pay to your paypal ID without logging in :D
The paypal account should should have the same name as the card to get approved for transactions.
As, HDFC VCC can be used for just once, You may not store it registered on paypal to pay next time :D
(Adding a card to PP, debits some amount, say 1.95 $, so the only one usable trasaction from HDFC VCC is done and thus you can't use it anymore.)
But still you can use it directly while paying.
    For example :
Say you should pay : 5 $ and you have 3 $ in your paypal, get a VCC for 100 Rs and add it while transacting, not any before :D And that works....

    Thats it :D

    Its simple. :)

Make a buy now button of amount you want to fund in PP.
Now put that Buy Now button anywhere. And make a vcc of that much amount also.

Now click that Buy now button and select the option to pay via credit card. Use the vcc to pay and the funds will come to your Paypal account.
