Adding Funds Delay?

    Hi,

I added $25.00 to a site on my account last night, and it hasn't appeared when I check this morning, and there's no record of it in my payment history. I checked paypal, and the payment is definitely there.

Is there any delay in adding funds, and does it matter that the advert I'm planning on using hasn't been approved yet?

    Thanks

It should be instant. Are you sure you used the actual fund like from within the advertiser area? If you just arbitrarily send money from within PayPal, it wouldn't work since PayPal wouldn't send the ad system a notice of payment, nor would it know what the payment was for.

I followed the payment link that was generated on the DigitalPoint site, and the PayPal payment says 'Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #4GD82466WL293342U)'

Hmmm... what is the receiver showing as in your PayPal account? There's no record of that transaction ID in our PayPal account.

Looks like you got scammed then? That's not DP's paypal ID.

Ah... sent to a different advertiser, that's why I didn't see it in our PayPal. Anyway, I was able to track it down and your account should reflect the credit and payment now for that site.

Had to do with an internal check to make sure incoming payments weren't being spoofed and there was some logic that needed to be changed (which it's fixed now for future).

    No...
