Adding FLV to sites ?

    I am having a video blog which was using youtube videos.But now I am planning to host my own FLV to it.

    So how can I convert video files to FLV ?

    How to add them in wordpress ?

    hi, you can convert your videos with sorenson squezze. Then you must open the FLV with Flash (import it) and follow the steps.
