Adding data in Joomla?

    Hi there,

    I am new to Joomla so any help will be highly appreciated.

    my URL is http://www.ayczone.com

    I want to know that how to put the Actual data in each category (menu link). e.g. tutorials in the Tutorials category, Songs in the Songs category, wallpapers in the Wallpapers and downoadable things in the Download section.

    Secondly, how to remove the sample data.
