I am trying to do some long tail marketing,

And from my logs, I see get a lot of traffic from very similar keyword phrases:

    Here is a fictitious example:

    Nike Sneakers
    Blue Nike Sneakers

I get traffic for both of those. Would you advise I create *1* page and put content on that page focusing on both of those terms? Or do I do two separate pages?

Create a separate page for each. The layout depends on how you're monetizing the page though.

Depends, but if your already hitting for those terms to specifc web pages just build some backlinks with those phrases to that said web page, this is far easier and a much better way to promote progress in search results. Remember, those pages are already ranking; why would you make them rank better?!

yes create a page for each, that way you target two keywords with 2 well optimised webpages and increase your prospects of getting visitors. Google likes very specific pages and indexes them more highly in SERPS

So lets say my site has had 300 various long tail terms that have led people to the site.

Would it be wise to create an article/page for EACH of these terms + a slight sales pitch + an ORDER NOW button ? That is what I am planning on doing.

I'd probably include them in the pages I'm already working on if they're relevant to the page that's being optimized. But I tend to write my content far differently than most other people anyway, so it may not work well for you.
