I have a site with links to other sites and other money making programs. The site currently uses plain html for each page and is getting some traffic. I want to add a rating/comment option to the site. Does anyone know any good tool out there that will allow me to add that feature to the site although it has html pages ? If not I would still like to know any good tool that can add comments/ratings
