I have been working hard since 2 months to insert the cloaked clickbank affiliate links in the blog post's using the ninja affiliate plugin on my blog, the-weight-loss-blog.com, I have no luck in getting even a single sale from this strategy, just getting few hops and not even a sale has left me in distressed state, I am looking forward to see atleast a single sale.

can any expert let me know how to proceed furthur, before i loose hope and leave internet marketing.

is traffic the only concern, then I can invest in buying the same.

You do need some decent traffic if you want to sell regularly. At least a few hundred uniques per day if you want to see results. Also you must have good quality traffic. If your blog has really good quality posts, then your visitors are more likely to follow what products you recommend and buy them.

Also look at HOW you are selling these products. If they are on a banner stuck down at the bottom of the page, then they won't be seen. Banners are usually best in the top left of the screen. But experiment with where is best.

rather than just use banners, I would write an informative article about the product, and 'recommend' it to your readers. You could also write an article, and give your readers some useful advice. Casually throw in something about the recommended product and explain how it can help them further. I run a weight loss affiliate programme and these tips have helped people sell far more.

Don't give up, you are still learning. It takes time, but you will get there in the end. Just make sure you have some good content on your blog, decent traffic, and the products are visible and hyped up a little.

I've just had a quick look on your blog and I think you have too many adsense adverts on there. They will distract people from buying. Also, you really need to really SELL those products. You are just hinting with a link that says 'losing weight fast'. You will get far more interest if you put something like... "Lose weight rapidly with this brand new revolutionary weight loss method." Coax them to click on the link.

    Hi ,

Thanks for your valuable feedback, based on your findings I have removed the adsense adverts which were at the top, which distracts the readers, also have told my writer to have some catchy and clickable link text.. I added the Rogue CB plugin too, after 3 days of implementation I found 350 hops but not even a single sale, I guess I am near to make my first sale.

now I have to work on how to get organic traffic , whether from search engines or through purchase.

Just had another look at your blog. First of all, most people work from left to right, so I would have the tabs set up so that the ones you are selling something on are on the left. This should help funnel a bit more traffic to the product. Also some of your tabs are confusing, such as the 'sample page' and the 'thanks-now check your email'. Also for some reason when I click on some, my firefox keeps asking me if I am sure I want to leave the page. This would be quite off putting for most people.

I would also say that you need far more content. Write some really good useful guides on losing weight. Not only will this help build trust that will increase sales, but it will also help build traffic.

Yes, get link building. Guest posting on other blogs is good. Also find a few health niche directories.

Just keep on going, evolving your blog into the best it can be. It will take time and effort, but you will get there!

In fact I've just been thinking. If you join my weight loss affiliate programme, Gastric band Hypnotherapy, I have loads of materials you can use for content and to help sell the product. I'll PM you with more details.

Hi As per your recommendations , I have removed few of the page links, like sample and thankyou. I've also replaced the image links in the post with the product link , that is cloaked. so that if any visitors clicks the image , will go to sales page.

coming to the popup , the script of the Gluten Free Abs program is coming up, i have to find a way to disable it.

I am planning to give away a weight loss ebook for free and collect email address the build a huge list , hope its an better idea

    the required resources are

    a professional popin

few sentences about the benefit of getting an ebook

and form elements to collect addresses which will be fed into the autoresponder.

i am willing to join your program , please send me the details.
