One of my account got frozen for no reason Problem is my 2 banks linked with it is now unusable ,Since in india its PAN card system .. I am permananetly disabled in paypal { my name ,banks,PAn} If i come with anything with above for new paypal it gets froxzen in 24hrs {Maybe its becoz i used VCC} I made a paypal with my dads account , now i dont want to withdraw to his bank which is primary in paypal I like to know if i can withdraw to the bank of mine { names are differernt}
