    Adding Animation to my PNG

    I currently have a png use in advertising, which is leaderboard size.

    I need to add animation to it, be it what kind, any forms of effect that can catch the visitor eyes.
    * You need to use the picture below and add effects on it, target audience likely 13 years old male to 30 years old male *
    The position of this ad is at above the scroll - top . 728 x 90 , you are free to download my picture and enhance it.

    Once you done enhancing the picture with animation:

    The url of the gif(animated banner) of my banner * you can upload it to mediafire or photobucket or imageshack etc. and also pm your paypal detail. Best submission get $15 usd. Thanks

    You should give designers the PSD file. It would make it easier for us to animate it with the PSD provided! :)
