Adding an HTML border allowed?

    Hey guys! Quick question about Adsense. Does anyone know if it is OK to ad an HTML border around an ad? Here's an example: http://i49.tinypic.com/1ewe3t.png

    The black border is an HTML border added (div tags). I think this will help increase the amounts of clicks I get, but I do not want to implement it if it is not allowed by Google. I would love your opinions!

    Yes. There is no reason why you cannot do that.
