    No, Wordpress.com does not allow you to add advertisements to your blog.

    By a hosting package and host the site at your own place. You can add whatever you want to it. Send me a PM if you need hosting.

    You need your own hosting as Joseph said above, then you can download Wordpress from wordpress.org to create your blog. Adsense will work on that.

    get ur domain name and then use adsense ads now a days domain names are really cheap. One can get .com, .net domain in 9.99$
