Adding Adsense to a Simple Machines Forum

I've started a new simple machine forum. I just wondered if anyone could tell me how to add adsense to the forum?

Also how would you add banners?

    Any advice appreciated.

go to simplemachines.org > downloads > modifications > search for Ad Management in the search box. Download the mod, install it on your forum and your done!

Add your Adsense code through the Admin panel of the forum and specify where you want the ads to go (in between posts, the index page header, index page footer, or even all of the above) and save it.

Make sure you change the settings so that guests/etc can see the ads and not just admin, some people were having that problem when their ads wouldnt show up.

Heres the link to the Ad Mod:

    No, just download the file.

Leave it in its zipped downloaded form.

Go to your forum>login as admin>go to "Packages" in the left menu, then go to " Download Packages" you'll see there is a place where you can browse your computer and upload it yourself. Upload the downloaded file (The Ad Mod) and then the forum will automatically install and unzip it.

After that, you will see a new menu after the mod is applied on the left hand underneath like server settings and stuff... it will say Ad Management.

Click it and start messing with the settings!

I had a problem like this with the last SMF version.

There is a function to install the package in the "features and options" menu.

If it still doesn't show, uninstall and install again.

For me it worked at the second time.
