What program can i use to add a watermark to videos? (throughout the entire video). Or can this be done with windows movie maker somehow? (i don't know how to position it in a corner).

Would it be easier to convert the files to flash and add a watermark in macromedia?

I've found it's much easier to convert it to a .flv and do it in Flash. That particular format seems to be the preferred one now anyways.
