Adding a New Field using Existing fields

    Hey all,New to this site and appreciate the valuable information.Anyways, I've added a field to a Content Type via the Existing Fields options at the bottom. When I select the appropriate field in the 'Select Field to Share' pull-down and click save then go to the existing node of that particular content, the expected data does not show up.I see the field with data in the database, but it's not transferring the data from the database to Drupal.Using Drupal 6.Thanks for any help.
