Adding a forum, blog and images - which way to go?

Hi Guys,

The Madrid site in my sig has been doing well for a long time and the site is almost complete. What I´m now looking to do is add extras for the visitors and to hopefully retain / moniterize them further. This stratergy involves the addition of:

- Newsleter
- Directory
- Blog
- Forum
and image gallery

For now I have the domain and hosting sorted so I´m looking at which forum and blog scripts would be best suited to my needs. I´ve never implemented either and have visited but few so I´ve no user or administrator knowledge in this area.

What I need:

Blog, Image gallery and Forum scripts that permit the inclusion of banner and adsense advertising.

I use IP Boards but they are not free.

i know that a lot of people don't like the phpnuke anymore. However, that is a good script to try out.
