    I can see favicon there very well. What's the issue ?

    That is a default one when I uploaded Wordpress to my server.

    Then just replace your new favicon with old favicon image through uploading new one there. Where's the problem ?

    Just upload "favicon.ico" to the folder Wordpress is installed in. If you need help creating the .ico file you can use the generator from dynamicdrive http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/

    16x16 favicon.ico - put it on your home folder :)
