I assume what you want is to transfer domain name from BlueHost to GoDaddy as in do a DNS Registrar Change ?

If that is the case, there are a few steps needed.

    1) Go to your current domain name Registrar and unlock the domain name and obtain the EPP Code.

    2) Go to GoDaddy and do a
'Transfer a Domain' https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/transfers/landing.asp?ci=255 and then enter the domain name and pay the one year registration cost. You will be asked for the EPP Code obtained from Step 1 somewhere along the way.

Once all is confirmed, it will take a few hours to a few days to complete the process.

Ensure that the domain name has resided at the current registrar for at least 60 days. Also ensure that the domian name is registered in your name.
