Adding a directory to a strong blog? Good idea?

I have a really strong/authoritative blog on the whole blogging niche (make money blogging).


Should I add a directory to this?

The main domain is a PR5

I am so not sure about this.

Any input is appreciated.

 

If you are already doing well with your blog, a directory is not a good idea... Creating another blogs with different niches under subdomain would benefit a lot... there is no money in directories... kind of saturated business...

 

Adding more blogs is not a good idea theres a unique profile for the blog itself. Adding other niches to a subdomain would completely screw it up.

Directory seemed like a kind of a good idea there but I guess not.

A forum would be way to hard to build up, but hows that though?

 

Start doing forum posting with your signature and your signature must includes blog URL.

 

I would leave you blog alone, and try try marketing a new domain separate from your PR 5. The last thing you want to do if effect your current traffic or usability.
