Adding a Digg like toolbar to a site?

    Does anyone know of a script or snippet that shows you to add a toolbar like digg to a site.

    Also it should allow you to create mini urls also.

    Basically want to open external links in an iframe with a toolbar that will contain the page title / original link / my logo

    ways to share that page like Stumbleupon, twitter, facebook, email this

    If you guys do let me know

    There are some out there but they don't work with all browser.

    Looking for it to work with WordPress.
