adding a click box when registering

not sure where to post this

I am a newbie running a forum using vBulletin

when I register at this site, I noticed that there is an additional checkbox

"I have never registered under a different username."

would appreciate those running this forum giving instructions on how to add this

you can add a profile field to do this easily

I already got a profile field for a question and is looking at adding an additional profile with a checkbox instead;
