Added functionality for phpBB3

    It says - "If you would like to request advanced support for your site type, you can make the request in the Digital Point Ads forum." So thats what I am doing.

    The phpBB3 software is very popular I think and even though it isn't paid software it would be great if we could get some added functionality like we see with the others(forums) that already have it. Just a request/suggestion :)

    We will eventually when phpbb has a plug-in system (I think it's planned for 3.1).
