Added Bing Support For [search]

    There already was Google, Yahoo and MSN support, but I went ahead and added Bing support to the [search] BBCode too since it seems to be giving pretty good traffic these days...

    For those that don't know, it works like so...

    [search=bing]search for something[/search]

    Bing is really giving traffic, even more than yahoo. (to my blogs ofcourse) :D
    This new BB code will surely helpful to users.

    BTW i was not aware of other search engine BB codes... ;) ..
