congrats on your site i would not advise to submitting to google & all it other google domains (different countries) if you site has already been index by google it could be considered as spam
It doesn't cost to submit your site to a search engine EVER. And it's totally pointless- they find sites through backlinks, that's what they are designed to do.
If Your site is new then you need to so this task but if you have to do this before don't do this again ...Search Engine treat link a spam
you shouldnt really use site submission!!! if your site is seo'd well it will get picked up naturally, plus registering for web master tools and submitting your sitemap, is all you need
