I have just started a new web directory, though its targeted at a particular country, I don't think many of this forum users come from that country however the directory has a regional section which any one can suggest site for listing in. To add your site, browse to your continent and then suggest your site. If you want a particular sub category created for you in your continent send me a PM or use the contact form on the directory.
