Add url/logo into video?

Is this allowed?Whether against the copyright?
And how can i add url into video?

If you are making the video, you can do just about whatever you want. But if you are stealing a video and then just adding your URL and uploading it to Youtube as your own, that's illegal.

You can accomplish this is any video editing program, even free stuff like Windows Movie Maker. Just use the "add text" function.
