I have to buttons on my site: http://lotterydollar.com 1. 2. The 1st one will have to have a 'Name:' field and box to enter the information. As well as an 'Email' and box to enter the information. It must have a submit button that says "Enter sweepstakes! The 2nd one will have to have a 'Name:' field and box to enter the information. As well as an 'Email' and box to enter the information. It must have a submit button that says "Enter contest!" Can either be a seperate box, combined, just look good.. $8 for the pair.
I need something like this incorporated with or underneath the images I listed above, but making it look nice. Can be seperate or combined.
Ideally, we'd come away with something like this 1. and this 2. with something like this (better design, different text) directly underneath All in one image, possibly connected (top and bottom part) with a line or two. Let me know if more clarification is needed.
This is the idea. Not a fan of the font if we can change that or color.. Would like the color the same as the red used up top on the original. And change the background if possible..
Like it.. If we could take out the 'SIGN UP' and make it look more like the original just with the boxes.. and mail it 'Email:' (instead of EMail)and "Name:'
